The stator is used in dynamic balancing system. The material is B50A350, of which thickness is 0.5mm. The material is made by BaoSteel factory. The core is assembled by interlock, but the lamination is punched by stamping molds, not progressive mold. The advantage of this punching way is that the price of mold is cheap. The disadvantage of it is that the price of product is a little expensive as it waste labour to assemble. Details of products pls see below pictures.

1. If the size of mold is not matched with the sample that customer provided, how to ensure the profit of customer? How to solve?
A: We will punch a sample and then measure the lamination by projector. We will ship if the result is ok. If the result is failed, we will modify and assemble the mold again.
2. If the mold has something wrong during the shippment, how to do?
A: We will be responsible for the damage and send you a new one.
3. If the mold is not good after the customer received, how to do?
A: If the size of mold is not matched and customer can provide the inspection report with signature by customer, we can be responsible for the damage and ship a new one.
